ts 600 - coming out from the corkscrew, Intrieri and Magri are side by side. Intrieri moved his car to the right side sending Magri into the wall, causing him heavy damages. Magri had all the rights to stay there, and Intrieri had a lot of space in his left side and even ahead.

The penalty is not removed, as rules, a penalty is not going to be removed in case of a human mistake.
The DT, accordingly, is now served.
