Round 1 Mid Ohio

A. Jenero - G. Borghi - R1 ts 770 - There was a crashed car at the end of the back straight, yellow flag was shown. None of both drivers didn't respect the yellow flag, instead, both tried to take an advantage of the situation (or to not lose anything). Borghi didn't leave space to Jenero to help him avoid the crashed car, Jenero didn't brake or lift to avoid the crashed car. Warning for both

A. Sancho R1 ts 1226 - Rejoined the track in a bit dangerous way, could have waited the 3 coming cars. No incidents however. Warning

H. Stocchi R2 ts 1520 - Race incident as Stocchi tried to avoid L. Seinfield who made a slower and tighten corner. Stocchi couldn't have lifted or braked more because M. Carol was right behind him. No action, race incident

NOTE
I will never end to say: respect the yellow flag!!
A lot of incidents and close calls could have been avoided by simply respecting the yellow flag, both here and in the GT3 WC at Spa.
Yellow flag are here to help everybody to not to be involved in any incidents, but what we see here is everybody try to take an adantage of the situation. We will not tollerate this anymore. Taking an advantage during a yellow flag is an unsportsmanlike behaviour.

RECAP

A. Jenero Warning
G. Borghi Warning
A. Sancho Warning

3 warnings = penalty

Round 2 Oschersleben

RACE 1

F. Zerbetto TS 644 - Jenero braked a bit early, but who follows behind must pay attention of the drivers ahead. The results was a huge crash where both got damages, but as already stated, the driver who follows must put effort to brake in a safe manner, one of the most effective maneuvers to do so is to start the braking while exiting the slipstream of the driver ahead. +20 sec

E. VanAnder TS 339 - VanAnder was behind Lopes and a bit faster than him approaching the "Triple". VanAnder moved a bit the the left side of the track, Lopes started to turn after an effective but not needed braking. This results in a contact while hunting the apex, but Lopes had all the rights to tighten his line. As the incident above, the driver who follow must put effort to brake in a safe manner. There were no damages and the position is given back few turns later. +10 sec

RACE 2

N. Gonzalez TS 299 - The drivers were approaching T1 after the green flag. Gonzalez made a fast start, and tried to outbrake Jenero in T1. However, he probably misjudged the distance between him and Jenero, this results in a light contact, side by side. The reaction of Jenero's car was way too exaggerated, and it seems to be a common issue of the nectcode. Said that, Gonzalez had plenty of space in his left side, that's why we opted for a Warning
In a realistic situation, that would have been no more than a few scratches on the bodywork.

NOTE
Please do not chat during the races or the qualy.

Warnings recap

A. Jenero 1 Warning
G. Borghi 1 Warning
A. Sancho 1 Warning
N. Gonzalez 1 Warning

Additional note:

We'll no longer fix the grid positions in race 2 if a driver get a time penalty after a not served S&G. We can't have proper result after r1, and we made the error of putting Jenero in 8th place instead 7th.
This applies whether the not served S&G is fair or not.

G. Caride TS 300 - Incident judged by E. Vanander - A. Feletto - S. Boscarin - Intended blocking at the start of the race. Round 4 Botniaring

Race 2

A. Apolloni ts 325 - Way too optimistic overtaking attempt (front wheel vs rear wheel rule), sending the driver of track and make him losing a lot of positions. +10 sec

H. Stocchi ts 333 - Way too optimistic overtaking attempt (front wheel vs rear wheel rule), both drivers spun and lose time + got some damages. +10 sec

Pignataro-Boscarin ts 334 - Both drivers could have avoided the incident because Pignataro had all the rights to take the inside line (front wheel vs rear wheel rule), however he took a wider line, there were few free meters in his left side. Moreover, Boscarin didn't left enough space on his left side. Both drivers are guilty. Warning for both

A. Feletto ts 843 - The incident can bee seen as a racing incident because Feletto didn't manage to hit the apex by locking his brakes, however the driver who overtake must always do it in a safe manner. Moreover, Apolloni could have waited a bit more before turning in, as Feletto's diving was clearly visible from the mirrors. Warning for Feletto

E. VanAnder TS 988 - Going into the parabolic, VanAnder leave some space in his left side, Zerbetto who is behind, try to go for this free space, however this free space is not enough for a car, and VanAnder could have left more meters after seeing Zerbetto inside. Warning

A. Agosto TS 1468 - Agosto lock his tires trying to overtake Jenero, who start to turn in when Agosto is his left side. Collision is made, race incident but Warning for Agosto, who overtake must always do it in a safe manner (avoid to lock the brakes in this case).

Round 6 Atlanta MP

Race 1

D. Soligo TS 267 - Soligo close his line going into t1, but this line is occupied by Jenero. Soligo spun and Jenero lose some time. Warning

L. Pupo - N. Gonzalez TS 273 - Pupo overtake Gonzalez in t1, Gonzalez is now running side by side with him but off track, Pupo lift a bit to avoid to hit Apolloni ahead, Gonzalez didn't lift a single second and try to regain the position by running off track, pushing Pupo in his left side. Apolloni spun and crash.
Pupo - warning
Gonzalez - +10 sec
Note for Gonzalez: is not that hard to accept you have lost your position. You are offtrack, and behind, this behaviour was totaly nosense.

E. Mroz TS 383 - Mroz close his line, but this line is occupied by VanAnder. Mroz spun and VanAnder lose some time.
Warning

L. Pupo TS 567 - Clear blocking on L. Seinfield.
+10 sec

Apolloni - Soligo TS 1135 - Apolloni missed the braking point, running of track and colliding with Soligo in T1. Apolloni gave back the position few turns later, so this is only a Warning
Soligo, however, before the hit, tap a little Seinfield in the back, making him spin. The contact was very light however.
Warning

Race 2

A. Sancho TS 450 - Going into the braking point of t1, Sancho move on his left side in a dangerous way against Vidimari, sending him offtrack and making him collide into Caride's car.
After a complete analysis, Sancho moved against Vidimari due to a fast downshift from 4th to 3rd gear, so the move was not volute, otherwise that would have be a clear unsportsmanlike move, followed by a DQ. Race incident

Note for Caride: in the incident report there was no info about which race it was. Also, we all strongly suggest you to think about your race first, before accusing other to be aggressive and a danger on track. A quick and complete check of the replay is the only thing you need, also, you did some aggressive and dangerous moves in past races, so, this should be your priority. We are ready to post all the replay here and let everybody else judge, let us know if we should do it or not.

RECAP (wuthout warnings as it was the final race and nobody reached 3 of them)

Gonzalez +10sec
Pupo +10sec
